But, that has changed... this time I LOVE my dentist (he is extra knowledgeable and thoughtful and treats his patients AND his staff equally with consideration)  AND the staff, including the assistants and the one who cleans teeth and last, but NOT least.... the ladies who answer phones, deal with billing and insurance and the ones who are the first to greet me, always with a smile, a GENUINE smile and the last to say goodbye and make sure I have my next appointment booked even though I make it difficult because I talk a lot.
